About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the EMPLOYEE SERVICES BRANCH (CODE 1102.32), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION, EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.

What you'll do

You will support and review administrative audits and investigative reports to determine appropriate corrective action.,You will prepare reports and statistics on appraisal system information and keep employees and managers informed of changes to the programs.,You will assist with evaluating trends in programs and take action to respond to those trends.,You will prepare reports and statistics on leave program information and keep employees and managers informed of changes to the programs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience reviewing administrative documents such as organizational structures. Experience preparing, tracking, and reviewing requests for personnel actions and related personnel materials. Experience interpreting regulations, practices, and principles of personnel management.
