What we collect

When you apply to a job: your name, phone, email, town, optional message, and optional resume. When you post a job: your business details and job description. Standard web logs (IP, browser) via our hosting provider.

How it's used

Job applications are delivered directly to the employer you applied to — that is the entire purpose of the service. Employer submissions are used to publish and manage your listing. We do not sell personal data, build advertising profiles, or share your information with anyone other than the employer you chose to apply to.

Retention & removal

Listings expire after 30 days. To have your application data or resume removed from our systems, email hello@207hire.com and we'll delete it within 7 days.
