Information you provide

Applications include contact details, your town, résumé, screening answers and notes you submit. My Jobs stores your profile, saved jobs, searches, applications and device sessions. Employers provide business details, listings and hiring records. Interview recordings are collected only when you choose to record or upload a response.

Who can see it

Applications, messages and interview responses are shared with the relevant employer’s authorized hiring team. Your profile starts private. If you turn on recruiter visibility, employers can search your work profile; contact details are shared after you accept a request. Registering for a hiring event shares your contact details with its organizer. Submitted reviews and questions are moderated before publication; we do not publish the contributor’s contact details.

We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles. Our hosting, database, email and payment providers process information needed to operate the service. Employer exports and authorized employer integrations may contain applications to that employer.

Cookies and activity

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Device sessions expire after 30 days and can be revoked in My Jobs. Listing view counts are stored as job and day totals; the counter sends no candidate identity or page URL and respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Session storage prevents repeated counts in the same browser session. Hosting providers may keep standard request logs, including IP addresses and browser details.

Email preferences

Save searches in My Jobs to choose daily, weekly or paused job alerts. Alert emails include an unsubscribe link. Private account links, application updates and requested recruiting messages support workflows you use.

Your controls and removal

In My Jobs, you can download your information, change recruiter visibility, revoke devices and old sign-in links, and delete your profile. Submitted applications are kept separately; request removal through My Jobs or email hello@207hire.com. We review these requests and remove the applicable records and stored documents. We cannot recall copies already downloaded or emailed to employers. Public contributions may remain without a linked profile after profile deletion; contact us to request their removal.

Keep private account, application, offer and interview links confidential. Anyone holding a valid private link can access its associated workflow.
