The service

207Hire connects Maine employers with Maine job seekers. We review listings for accuracy and legality but are not a party to any employment relationship, and we don't guarantee hires or job offers.

Employer rules

• You must be a real business (or household employer) hiring for a real, currently open position in Maine.
• Postings must comply with Maine and federal employment law — no discriminatory requirements, no MLM/commission-only schemes disguised as jobs, no fee-charging "opportunities."
• We may edit for clarity or decline/remove any posting at our discretion; declined paid posts are refunded in full.
• Listings expire 30 days after posting unless renewed.

Job seeker rules

Apply honestly and only to jobs you're genuinely interested in. Abuse of the application system results in removal.

Payments & guarantee

Paid listings are a flat monthly rate per job, cancel anytime; listings come down at the end of the paid period. If a paid listing receives no qualified applicants in its first 30 days, your next month is free.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
